studying a little too much, too early can also wear you down at times. Finding a balance between work and play is therefore not only important, but also good for your studying goals in the long run. What works for me is taking the Sunday off and designating a play time for every day.
This is not an exhaustive list of good habits, but these are some key ideas for most people and have worked for me personally. I prompt you to play around with these ideas and find out what works for you.
Take some time and think about what would suit your personality and give it shape. It is also advisable to evaluate how your systems are working out for you and make changes if needed. But, before that what you need to do is Begin!!
