Examination is the part of life of every person. They are like the stairs which are going to the next floor to give us new challenges. Here, are the some tips which are beneficial to exam preparation :

1- Have a good sleep before exam day:

Sleeping makes our mind relaxed and keep us fresh. Take a proper night sleep of at least 6 hours before exam day.

2- Check stationery items :

Prepare all your stationery items like pencil , pen , calculator , etc one night before the exam . Remember to take extra pen for the exam.

3- Take Admit Card:

Don’t forget to take admit card . Without it, you can can not get entry in the examination Hall. Ask your family member to remind you about taking admit card.

4- keep your mind fresh :

Don’t read any item related to the exam till the last moment. It loses your confidence and makes you nervous. Be positive. Stop reading 2 hours before the exam. Keep your mind fresh by listening music or by meditation.

5- Take a healthy breakfast :

Don’t go for exam without having breakfast. Breakfast provides you energy and keep you metabolised.

6- Wear comfortable dress :

Dress yourself according to the exam . You should wear the clothes which are comfortable for you. Also , choose according to the physical conditions of examination Hall.

7- Time to reach :

As the examination decides our future. So, don’t arrive late. Set your alarm one night before the exam to wake up at correct time . Leave the home by keeping in mind the time for conditions like traffic and car failure.

So, try to reach the centre at least 30 minutes before the starting of exam.

Even the smallest of the thoughts have the potential to become the biggest of the successes so all you have to do is to get up and get going and do your exam preparation seriously. I am sure if you follow the above steps, you will do great in your exams!
